Michelle Morgan (Denice Duff), a vampire fledgling, escapes her master Radu Vladislas (Anders Hove) and is taken in by Ana, who leads her to a hospital where a doctor claims to be able to cure her vampirism. However, Radu soon tracks Michelle down and seeks revenge from the stronghold of vampire Ash (Jonathon Morris), who has allied with Ana and the doctor, Dr. Niculescu (Mihai Dinvale).
