Mothman

In Point Pleasant, West Virginia, a group of high school seniors cover up the accidental drowning of their friend Jamie by hitting his head post-mortem with a rock. Years later, Katherine Grant, who was tasked with covering the tenth Mothman Festival, reunites with her ex-boyfriend Derek Carpenter and the rest of the group who accidentally killed Jamie. They soon discover that an evil entity, linked to the unjust slaying of Cornstalk in 1777, is pursuing them due to their guilt of murder. As Katherine returns to Point Pleasant, the group must confront the supernatural creature known as the Mothman, which begins to hunt them down one by one.
