In the early 1970s, the small town of Hakkari, Turkey, was about to experience a cultural revolution. The first television, called Visiontele by the locals, arrived and brought chaos to this rural community. As Mayor Nazmi tries to introduce modern entertainment to his village, he faces resistance from sleazy opportunist Latif, who seeks to maintain his monopoly on cinema. With the help of eccentric repairman Emin, Nazmi's team battles technical failures, cultural clashes, and personal struggles, all set against the backdrop of a nation grappling with its own identity in a rapidly changing world.
