"Kill Giggles" is a horror-thriller about Tommy's (Vernon Wells) life-changing encounter with his trigger: clowns. He sets out to kill every clown on earth, but when he falls for Eve (no mention of her character), his life takes a different turn until he discovers her father, Malcolm Fossor / Giggles, is the most terrifying clown of all.
