Mike Says Goodbye!

After bouncing back from leukemia, 10-year-old Mike (Maas Bronkhuyzen) is ready to leave the hospital, but his mother Natasja (Bracha van Doesburgh), who has a drinking problem, fails to arrive to take him home. Laetitia, the nurse caring for Mike, calls in Jeugdzorg, leading to a series of misadventures as Mike tries to return to his mother, while also befriending his fellow patient Vincent (Faas Wijn). Ultimately, Natasja's sobriety improves, and Mike is allowed to return home with Vincent's help.
