Trás-os-Montes (1976) is a Portuguese independent docufictional and ethnofictional feature film written, directed, and edited by António Reis and Margarida Cordeiro. The film takes its name from the Portuguese region of Trás-os-Montes, where it was created. It has been part of numerous official selections at various film festivals since its release, earning several awards, including a Special Prize of the Jury at the Toulon Film Festival in 1976 and an Award for Best Directing at the Viermole Film Festival in 1978.
