In this wickedly comedic horror hybrid, a cash-strapped New York couple takes a reckless leap of faith by moving into a haunted apartment, lured in by its ridiculously low rent. What starts as an oddball roommate situation quickly devolves into a desperate fight for survival against the malevolent forces that come with sharing a space with murderous ghosts. With their lives on the line, can this unlikely duo find a way to escape the evil of their sublet before it's too late?
