Afterburn

Afterburn is a 2025 American post-apocalyptic action film directed by J. J. Perry and written by Matt Johnson and Nimród Antal. Set against the backdrop of a ravaged Earth, Jake (Dave Bautista), an ex-soldier turned treasure hunter, extracts valuable pre-flare objects for powerful clients, including the Mona Lisa. With the help of Drea (Olga Kurylenko), a freedom fighter, Jake must outwit rival hunters, mutants, and pirates while facing off against the ruthless warlord General Volkov (Kristofer Hivju) in a world where technology has been decimated by a massive solar flare.
