Madhouse

A schoolteacher, Julia Sullivan (Trish Everly), is stalked by her psychopathic twin sister Mary in the days leading up to their birthday. As their mutual birthday approaches, Julia learns that Mary has escaped a mental institution and begins to die gruesome deaths in the house Julia lives in - including those of friends and neighbors. When Sam Edwards (Michael MacRae), Julia's psychologist boyfriend, returns from a business trip, he helps her uncover the truth behind the mysterious attacks.
