Nouvelle Vague

"Nouvelle Vague" follows aspiring director Jean-Luc Godard (Guillaume Marbeck) as he convinces producer Georges de Beauregard to give him his first shot as a director. Godard casts young boxer Jean-Paul Belmondo (Aubry Dullin) and actress Jean Seberg (Zoey Deutch), who promotes her latest film Bonjour Tristesse, in the lead roles of Michel Poiccard and Patricia. As production begins, Godard's unconventional filmmaking style and emphasis on spontaneity clash with his cast and crew, leading to a series of challenges that test the boundaries of creativity and perseverance.
