"No Other Choice" is a darkly comedic thriller that descends into chaos when its protagonist, a veteran paper mill manager, loses his job and humiliation in the ruthless corporate world sparks a desperate bid to reclaim dignity. As he navigates a treacherous landscape of unemployment, family pressures, and social expectations, Man-su's actions become increasingly violent and unpredictable, leading to a violent showdown with those who wronged him. With its superb tonal control and dedicated performances, this film is both a painful analysis of the madness of our world and a courageous critique of corporate greed and social pressure.
