Troll 2

A sequel that struggles to find its own identity in the shadow of its predecessor, "Troll 2" is a competent and occasionally entertaining monster movie that builds modestly on the Nordic folklore of its first installment. The action scenes are grandiose, but the finale feels rushed, and the story fails to introduce anything truly original. Despite this, the film's use of Norway's landscapes and its exploration of Nordic mythology make for an immersive viewing experience.
