Four college students at a sorority house in Idaho stumble upon a mysterious mask connected to serial killer Bryan (Jamie Grefe). When they put it on, they find themselves trapped in a nightmarish reality, awakening a serial killer amidst their own terror. As the body count rises, Officer O'Neill (Chris Spinelli) must navigate the chaos and uncover the truth behind the mask's dark power.
