The Last One for the Road

A couple of jovial life-long drunkards, Carlobianchi and Doriano, join a shy architecture student, Giulio (Filippo Scotti), on a road trip through northeastern Italy in search of "l'ultimo" or "l'ultima," their favorite drink, as they await the arrival of their old friend Genio. The trio's aimless journey becomes a transformative experience for Giulio, who gradually opens up and finds solace with his new companions.
