A Super Progressive Movie

In a bold attempt to satirize Australian politics, "A Super Progressive Movie" (2026) throws everything it can think of against the wall in a mess of cartoonish absurdity. This animated anti-LGBTQ satire promises much but delivers little, relying on caricatures and repetition rather than clever writing or humor. Despite its premise, which pits a downtrodden white man against Prime Minister Pauline Hanson in a quest for "the Victimhood," this film fails to laugh at itself or find the humor in its targets.
