For Sale by Owner

Sara (Amanda Brown) is home alone on a stormy night when a knock at the door brings Andrew Byrd (John Lansch), a real estate consultant who claims to be selling her house. As Andrew becomes increasingly agitated about his custody battle, Sara grants him shelter from the rain. However, things take a turn for the worse when John Denton (Marc Hustvedt), a scripture-quoting home security technician, arrives to fix a fuse, and a knife is found in his bag.
