In the brutal depths of 1950s Siberia, Dyanne Thorne reprises her iconic role as Ilsa, now a ruthless "Comrade Colonel" overseeing a mental prison camp where male political prisoners are subjected to dehumanizing torture and humiliation in this exploitative horror film.
