Gudmundur Thorvaldsson stars as Gunnar, who embarks on a journey to honor his family's memory by walking to the place where they died a year after their accident. Along the way, he meets Ewa (Oliwia Drozdzyk), a young Polish woman fleeing her past, marking a turning point in both of their lives.
