Underworld U.S.A.

Underworld U.S.A. is a 1961 American neo-noir crime film about a 14-year-old boy named Tolly Devlin (Cliff Robertson), who seeks revenge against the mobsters who killed his father. Years later, Tolly manipulates his way into the organization of the powerful crime syndicate, saving one member, Cuddles (Dolores Dorn), and becoming embroiled in a cat-and-mouse game with the ruthless assassin Gus (Richard Rust) and the syndicate boss Connors (Robert Emhardt).
