In "Thinestra", a chilling descent into body horror unfolds as a young woman's desperation for weight loss takes a dark and sinister turn. The fat she sheds returns in the form of her blood-thirsty doppelgänger, forcing Penny to confront the darkest corners of her own psyche. With unflinching precision, this film cuts through the façade of societal beauty standards, laying bare the insidious grip of body dysmorphia and the devastating toll it takes on our self-worth.
