In a dystopian future, a corrupt corporation has taken control of North America's prison system, forcing criminals to wear deadly watches that infect them with a nanovirus called Onyx, making them eliminate each other for freedom. Amidst this chaos, Elera (Franzi Schissler), Benjamin (Frank Grillo), and Lukas (Tyrese Gibson) must navigate the treacherous landscape to overthrow the corporation's tyrannical leader, Eion Prescott (Harvey Keitel).
