Miles Mako (Dustyn Gulledge), a professional exorcist, takes on a new client after encountering a demonic presence that may have connections to his dark past. The case involves Mrs. Mangi (Vivica A. Fox), who has been struggling with supernatural forces in her life. With the help of priest Mort Lewis (Tom Virtue) and other allies, Miles delves into the mystery of demonic possession, facing a terrifying foe known as The Lost One (Amir Aboulela).
