Milli, a vibrant and hopeless romantic physiotherapist, meets Prince Vikram Singh Rathore, a handsome young Rajput prince who is the complete opposite of her – and is engaged to someone else. The film is loosely based on the 1980 film of the same name. Milli travels to the royal palace where she meets King Shekhar Singh Rathore, who has become paralyzed from the waist down after a car accident that killed his eldest son. With her casual way of living clashing with the strict discipline of the royal household, Milli becomes frustrated and tries to help Shekhar overcome his guilt. As they spend more time together, Milli confesses her love for Vikram, who is also falling for her, but is torn between his engagement to Kiara and his growing feelings for Milli.
