Le club des soupirants

In the 1941 French comedy film "The Suitors Club", a group of young men are trained in the art of wooing by their creditor after they can't pay their debts. Among them is Antoine (Fernandel), who's more interested in Daisy's cousin Edith than the wealthy heiress herself, played by Annie France. As they try to win over Daisy's hand in marriage, the group discovers that one of their own - not necessarily Antoine, but possibly him - finds genuine romance with Maxime.
