Darkroom: Tödliche Tropfen

Darkroom – Tödliche Tropfen is a 2019 German crime drama film based on real events that took place in Berlin in 2012. The film follows Lars, played by Božidar Kocevski, a male nurse who moves to Berlin with his lover Roland, played by Heiner Bomhard. As Lars experiments with Liquid Ecstasy, he begins to murder men, leaving two survivors after administering the poison to his victims over three weeks. With Katy Karrenbauer as Staatsanwältin and Bardo Böhlefeld and Julia Blankenburg in supporting roles, Lars is eventually caught and convicted of multiple murders, ultimately taking his own life in prison.
