In a world on the brink of chaos, a mysterious cult leader named S/Kamen Rider Eden unleashes terror across the globe, threatening to destroy it in 60 minutes and create a paradise. As the Abaddon Riders carry out their deadly attacks, Aruto Hiden must stop S, but is defeated and ends up in a virtual world where he meets Akane Tojo, a victim of the Abaddon Riders' gas-like substance. With the help of other Kamen Riders, including Isamu Fuwa and Jin, Aruto battles S and his true enemy, Behru, who becomes Kamen Rider Lucifer, before ultimately defeating him and restoring the victims to life.
