In a bleak, unnamed industrial town, 13-year-old Marija and Kristina form an unlikely bond at a local modeling school that promises them escape from their troubled lives. As they navigate the cutthroat world of competitive modeling, the girls' friendship is tested by the demands of the agency, which pushes them to their physical and emotional limits. Through their struggles, director Saulė Bliuvaitė explores the concept of the human body as a source of pain and magic, ultimately offering a glimmer of hope in the form of innocent play.
