Doctor Kemal is head of a private hospital in Istanbul, aiming for mayor of the Beyoglu district, but faces skepticism from his ex-wife, voters, and even his party leader. Ercan Kesal stars as Dr. Kemal Güner in this 2020 film that won Best Film at the 27th Adana Altın Koza Film Festival and the 53rd Sinema Yazarları Derneği Ödülleri.
