Pietje Bell II: De jacht op de tsarenkroon

In this Dutch comedy drama film, written and directed by Maria Peters, Pietje Bell (Quinten Schram) must clear his name after being wrongly accused of a crime, all while thwarting the plans of evil newspaper tycoon Stark (Willem Nijholt) and his accomplices.
