Simon Ward's life unravels after a traumatic home invasion, as Theo Rossi's character struggles to cope with mounting problems at work and the loss of his best friend. He becomes increasingly swayed by the rhetoric of radio host Dalton Kirby, played by Ron Perlman, who spreads hate speech that fuels Simon's anger. As Simon's world falls apart, he spirals into a violent attempt to correct the injustice he believes surrounds him, with Kate French's Rebecca Randall and Michael Sirow's Dave trying to reach out to him.
