Havenhurst

A troubled young woman takes up residence in a gothic apartment building where she must confront a terrifying evil that has claimed the lives of numerous tenants before her, including her friend who was brutally murdered after receiving an eviction notice from the building's sinister owner and serial killer descendant, H.H. Holmes.
