In "Il primo figlio", Benedetta Cimatti plays Ada, a woman struggling to cope with the loss of her firstborn, whose unresolved grief resurfaces as her due date approaches. As Ada's sorrow intensifies, she begins to sense a disturbing presence, convinced that her late son has returned from beyond to prevent the birth of his sibling. With her partner Rino (Simone Liberati) by her side, Ada's grip on reality starts to slip, leaving her to wonder if the supernatural or her own sanity is to blame.
