Susie Quinn (Ruby Rose Turner) and her lifelong best friend Bobbie Roberts (Reid Miller) are high school sophomores who embark on a quest to become part of the elite POP Girls, a clique that rules the school. After a series of attempts, they get their big chance, but must navigate the complexities of social dynamics, manipulation, and humiliation. Through their relationships with the POP Girls, particularly Renee Lalita (Isabella Ferreira), Susie and Bobbie learn to reevaluate what it means to be popular and find a new definition of success.
