When Jessie's estranged friend from Sydney spontaneously arrives in Melbourne, they spend a weekend together to distract themselves from their many problems and existential dread. Emmanuelle Mattana and Melissa Gan play Em and Jessie, two friends who reunite for the first time in years and grapple with the ways in which they have changed. A weekend of silly conversations, heated arguments, and bonding on the streets unfolds as they confront their pasts and present selves. The film ends with a poignant parting at Southern Cross Station, leaving the future of their friendship uncertain.
