Alisa (Tifanny Klee), a young woman struggling with shoplifting, is sent to the office of unorthodox educator and coach John Mahler (Jamie Grefe), who uses a confrontational approach to help her confront her issues. Despite her initial resistance, Mahler senses Alisa's good heart and becomes determined to reform her. With a variety of unconventional methods, Mahler tries to reach the heart of the matter, leading to a transformative journey of self-discovery and healing for Alisa.
