Loulou Dupin (Coluche), a charming Parisian, inherits a luxurious apartment from his grandmother. When two young women, Laura and Valérie, move in, Loulou is initially charmed by Laura, a seductive international terrorist. However, he soon discovers that his new roommates are hiding weapons and ammunition, and are planning a terrorist attack. As Loulou becomes embroiled in the group's plans, he must navigate his feelings for Laura and outsmart his pursuers to prevent a catastrophe.
