Will, played by Phil Moniz, is a struggling coach who becomes an unlikely partner for Matt, played by Kevin Claydon, a former baseball player looking for a new purpose in life. Together, they take on the sport of race walking, facing challenges and competition from a hypercompetitive father-son racing team, played by Greg Bryk and Robbie Amell as Kurt and Ched Lester.
