Romance

In this 1965 romance film, Türkan Şoray stars as Türkan, a woman who bears an uncanny resemblance to Ekrem's (Tunç Okan) late wife. Ekrem, still grieving his loss, tries to win Türkan's affection despite her initial dislike of him, and ultimately undergoes a face-lifting surgery to change his appearance. Türkan's character remains unimpressed, but her reaction serves as a catalyst for Ekrem's journey.
