Jan Monter stars as Dídac, a teenager on a bike trip with his family along the Danube, where he begins to see a mysterious boy, Alexander (Francesco Wenz), who appears and disappears in the water. Their mother, Monika (Nausicaa Bonnín), drifts into memories of a past summer love, drawing Dídac and Alexander closer together, but as twilight falls, Dídac begins to question who Alexander truly is. As they journey downstream, Dídac feels himself changing, drawn toward Alexander and away from his brother Biel.
