Bloodsport II: The Next Kumite is a 1996 martial arts sports film where Daniel Bernhardt stars as Alex Cardo, a thief who finds himself imprisoned in East Asia after being caught stealing an ancient katana. With the help of Master Sun, played by James Hong, Alex learns a superior fighting style called Iron Hand and must find a way to participate in a "best of the best kumite" tournament, where his nemesis Demon, played by Ong Soo Han, also competes. Alex defeats Demon in the final fight, using the Iron Hand style, and, as part of a deal, he and Master Sun are freed from prison.
