Human Highway

In this surreally comedic sci-fi drama, Neil Young plays Otto Quartz, the owner of a roadside diner stuck in a town built around an always leaking nuclear power plant. His plan to torch the place and collect insurance is foiled by a series of bizarre characters, strange events, and even spaceships flying overhead. As the world begins to end, the residents of this fictional town celebrate with a tongue-in-cheek choreographed musical finale, while Neil Young collaborates with Devo on an epic performance of "Hey Hey, My My (Into the Black)".
