Tsili

Tsili, a young girl caught in the middle of World War II, is left behind by her family and must survive alone in nature. After being exploited and abused by her employers, Tsili builds a secluded refuge in the forest, where she is eventually discovered by Marek, a stranger who speaks to her in Yiddish. The two choose to stay together, but Marek's disappearance leaves Tsili to face the war's end alone, as she searches for a new life among a group of survivors.
