Smash Palace

Al Shaw's life revolves around his back country junkyard, "Smash Palace", where he spends his days drinking and mending cars with his friend Tiny. His French wife Jacqui is increasingly unhappy with Al's obsession with cars and refusal to sell the yard, and fears for the future of their seven-year-old daughter Georgie. After a violent outburst forces Jacqui to leave, Al kidnaps Georgie and heads into the forest, desperately hoping to hold on to his only family left.
