Legend of the Demon Cat

During the Late Tang Dynasty, a mysterious black cat invades a manor in Changan, sending unease throughout the capital. A poet, charged with investigating the case, teams up with a monk to unravel clues, leading them on a perilous journey through ancient China's tumultuous history of love, betrayal, and tragedy. Together, they uncover the truth behind the legendary consort Lady Yang's death during the An Lushan Rebellion against the Tang dynasty.
