Swimming Pool

A British crime novelist named Sarah Morton (Charlotte Rampling) travels to her publisher's upmarket summer house in Southern France to find inspiration for her next book. Unfortunately, the publisher's oversexed daughter, Julie (Ludivine Sagnier), visits and disrupts her activities. A local waiter, Franck, becomes involved, leading to a tragic event that complicates Sarah's quest for solitude and sparks a dark and twisted competition between the two women.
