Dark Angel

In this 1990 science fiction action film, Houston vice cop Jack Caine must take matters into his own hands when his partner is killed during an undercover operation to entrap a notorious drug dealer. As he delves deeper into the case, Caine discovers that the murders are linked to an alien drug trafficker named Talec, who is harvesting endorphins from human brains to fuel a synthetic heroin called Barsi. With the help of an FBI agent and an extraterrestrial police officer, Caine must stop Talec and his accomplices in a battle that takes him from the streets of Houston to an industrial complex.
