How It Ends

Will and Samantha are a young couple expecting their first child, with Will flying from Seattle to visit his in-laws in Chicago to ask for permission to marry her. After a mysterious apocalyptic event turns everything to chaos, they embark on a perilous road trip to find each other amidst heavy traffic, soldiers, robbers, and danger at every turn. Along the way, they form an unlikely bond with mechanic Ricki (Grace Dove), who joins them on their journey. As the situation worsens, Will finally finds Sam at her cabin, but their reunion is short-lived as a volcanic eruption threatens to destroy everything.
