The Black Scorpion

In 1957, volcanic activity unleashes giant prehistoric scorpions from the earth, wreaking havoc in Mexico's rural countryside and threatening to destroy Mexico City. Geologist Dr. Hank Scott (Richard Denning) teams up with entomologist Dr. Arturo Ramos (Carlos Rivas) to stop the deadly creatures, while also falling for local rancher Teresa Alvarez (Mara Corday). With the help of a young boy named Juanito and renowned scientist Dr. Velasco, they concoct a plan to lure the largest scorpion into a stadium and kill it with an electric spear.
