Dawn of the Planet of the Apes

In 2026, ten years after a deadly pandemic wiped out most of humanity, humans are nearly extinct and living in a state of societal collapse. A group of survivors, led by Malcolm, unknowingly enter the territory of an ape colony, where Caesar, a chimpanzee leader with enhanced intelligence, is struggling to maintain control over his community. As tensions rise between apes and humans, Caesar seeks to defend his people against those who would seek to exploit or harm them, leading to a tragic confrontation that will determine the fate of both species.
