In Mumbai's Dharavi slum, Karikaalan "Kaala" Vengaiyan fiercely defends his community against a ruthless minister, Haridev Abhayankar, who seeks to evict them and seize their land. Led by Karikalan "Kaala", the residents of Dharavi resist Hari's plans through protests and social media campaigns, eventually forcing the government to cancel the scheme. As Hari's methods become increasingly desperate, Kaala takes matters into his own hands, leading to a violent confrontation that ultimately leads to Hari's downfall.
